		<description>Online rent pay is a great amenity to have and could be almost standard in a few years. Who doesn&#039;t take cards these days? It is just a more efficient way to do things. Handling cash is slow.
I wouldn&#039;t say that this plays much of a factor in choosing one apartment over another, but it is definitely the kind of bonus that residents truly appreciate and will look for in their next home.
